Oklahoma’s Muslim community is breaking new ground.
For the first time, they will have a float in the Veterans Day Parade in downtown Tulsa, and a local newspaper reports that not all parade participants are happy about it. Namely, U.S. military veterans.
“It’s something we have been wanting to do for years,” Adam Soltani, executive director of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, told the Tulsa World.
Soltani said the float is sponsored by CAIR-Oklahoma but will “represent the Oklahoma Muslim community, which is a very diverse community of people from all walks of life, immigrants, indigenous people.”

When the Veterans start to boycott the Veteran's Day parade, you've done something!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that kick in the ass for Veterans? Muslims won't serve in the US. military because it's against their religion. Remember famous boxer that converted to Muslim when he was drafted?
ReplyDeleteI hope the Vets do not put anything in the parade and do not attend either. This is damn ridiculous
ReplyDeleteI would destroy that float and take my chances in court.
ReplyDeleteMuslims are in AMERICA which isn't a muslim country. Why don't you all stay in your own muslim countries and stop trying to make America into something it isn't nor will ever be? You don't like things here, why stay unless your underlying reason is to destroy this country from within and you figure one of your ring leaders is the current president, another destructive muslim will help you out? I am sick of all of you causing such destruction and divisiveness in this country.
ReplyDeleteLet them in the parade. This is America. Stop being so offended! You are worse than the PC crowd. E Pluribus Unem.
ReplyDelete5:20 There is a deeper problem here in America. Voters have become so dumb they have no clue. They put a Muslim in the White House twice.
ReplyDeleteHopefully every Patriot and American there will Boo them.
