IF they are yours... There's probably a sink and soap near. Pull'em out. Wash them and your hands. As long as you have no cuts or open sores, you're fine. Grow a pair.
Take a towel, pick them out with the towel. Run hot water and soap on them, wash well. Let dry and if they are yours, put them back on. Not sure, but this looks like a male urinal. if this is true, statistics show men do not wash their hands as much as women. Urine is sterile, but you can bet those unwashed hands are not. Think about it.
