Tell them about their grade?? Really? ? They don't give damn. Delaware is one of the most corrupted states. Not what you know who you know. This state is so bad they hire engineers from third world countries who can't speak English. I didn't know Hati had a university.

ReplyDeleteSeriously bad marks. Two of thirteen categories were 3rd worst of all the states. All D's and F's except for a D+ and a C-. Pretty shabby.
