    The marching rams will not be there. They will be in Delaware competing at the chapter ix championships.

    Hold the drill for those who want to attend. Not the ones who don't and aren't out fast enough. And how will this effect the residents near by? Closing roads so they can't go home? This seems like a drill on how to deal with mass quantities of people. Control practice.
