They can't remove that, it is what nature does to help keep those beaches in place. But we know they will...must!...have!...clean!...beach!
If that were the dunes to the north it would be fenced off and posted to keep off the dune grass, it is part of the beach restoration! With in being downtown I will bet they bulldoze it, load into a truck and dump it further North!
