Three days of hype geared solely just to get us to continue to watch TV or nudge us to the store to buy supplies we will never use. I could swear sometimes I think its a materialistic scam just to get us to spend money on "them". Cancel school because of "rain"???? what a bunch of limp wristed pansies. Never had school cancelled because of rain when I was a student. Get real.
Just another No- Easter slamming us. Put the frigging computers away and use the old tecs. You people scare a lotta old people. I am 76 yrs. old and see the same old bs everytime a storm shows up on a computer. There are to many variables that affect the systems moving up the coast. They can forecast over and over and never learn. I must say more damage is done by these Nor Easters. However I must say they LOOK GOOD on TV. Give us back John B Greenberger. HAHAHAHA.
Keep in mind that half of our population is of below average intelligence, not blessed with your superior skills of weather prognostication. People need to be made aware of a threat with plenty of time to flee or prepare. I think they need to hype these events. The way media works today, if something isn't over-hyped it gets lost in the shuffle of Kardashians, selfies, and school shootings
So is today the worst of it ? And not hurricane related ?
ReplyDeleteWe don't know what to think or do if anything at this point
