Fines, like the one below will cost taxpayers (above) who opted out close to $3,000, all because they didn’t want to sign onto a federal government program.

  4. My policy for a family of 4 no health issues under age 40 is currently 525.00 per month with a 10,000 deductible. Now starting Jan 1 premium for the same policy with LESS benefits goes to 678.00 per month with a 12,000.00 deductilbe. Praise the Lord we can afford it, but what about those who can not. It makes NO sense. How is this possible?

  5. My payments went up again and my deductible went up again. I can no longer afford to go to the doctor but if I get cancer, I'm covered.

  8. 9:49 EXACTLY!!!
We all sat back and let this happen because after all it's easier to sit on your b*lls and cry over the pain than stand up and stop it. You're sheep.
Only thing Obama care does is fund the welfare tit so enjoy the fruits of your apathy!!

  9. My wife works in the medical field and we were discussing this last night. She told me something that blew me away. So if you don't make enough money to pay your health insurance, the government will take my money and pay your health insurance. Everyone knows that is how the program works, but get this. EVEN IF YOU ARE SO BROKE YOU CAN NOT PAY YOUR MONTHLY BILL, YOU STILL HAVE TO COME UP WITH THE $5,000 DEDUCTIBLE.
So basically the government is taking your money and giving it to the insurance companies to provide insurance for the poor that they can't even use.
The whole reason this was steamrolled through Congress was to address the strain on doctors and hospitals who had to serve the poor for free. Not only is it NOT going to do that, it will create more poor people.
