With the first of six officers accused in the death of Freddie Gray set to go on trial next month, there is a call to sequester the jury.
The call comes from attorneys for Officer William Porter who goes on trial November 30.
Porter is the first officer scheduled to go on trial.
In a motion dated last week, but posted Tuesday on the Court website, defense attorneys Gary Proctor and Joseph Murtha asked that the Court tell potential jurors their names and addresses would never be released to the media or public.
The defense believes only the judge, counsel and the defendant would know the names of the jurors.

That's a lot of BS. There is NO information that can be guaranteed to be private. What one Judge can declare private, another Judge can declare public. Happens all the time. In addition, any self-respecting HACKER can get any information in any data bank anywhere..
