'Holiday Greetings' as Southern Israel Shelled by Terrorists

Holiday greetings were fired from Gaza as terrorists launched a barrage of rockets and mortar shells at southern Israel Monday.

Jews throughout the country marked Simchat Torah, a joyous celebration in which the annual cycle of reading the holiest book in Judaism is completed and commenced once more.

But in the south of the country, Israelis were instead repeatedly forced to race into bomb shelters. Terrorist groups shelled communities in the Eshkol Regional Council district, and launched dozens of rockets at the region.

At least two buildings were damaged, and a significant number of goats were killed when a missile struck a children's animal corner in one kibbutz. A mortar shell also exploded close to a synagogue in a barrage that was fired at about 5:50 a.m.

The Izz a-Din al-Qassam military wing of Gaza's ruling Hamas terrorist organization claimed responsibility for the attacks, together with the Islamic Jihad-linked Ansar al-Quds terrorist group.

  1. If Mexico did this to the USA on a daily basis, we would be calling that area "the forbidden zone" because of the dead bodies and destruction.
Israel gets attacked EVERY DAY and the world wrings it's hands in despair at the poor Palestinians who FIRE THE ROCKETS.
And if Israel retaliates, the media castigates them as warmongers and bullies, picking on the poor Palestinians, who only want to get along with everyone (in between rocket launches).
Now, Obama has given Iran 100 billion dollars, those rockets are about to get a serious upgrade.
If your neighbor was launching big rocks into your back yard while your kids played, would you look the other way? Right.
    Keep cheering.

  2. I believe that the United States is on this planet to deal with this radical islam jihad to Armageddon bunch that has been around for centuries. They are the antithesis of what America was founded on and when we finally wake up to that we will be forced to engage them seriously. Thomas Jefferson knew they were trouble and he was right. There is no negotiating with them. They will only stop when they are beaten down and destroyed. That's just my opinion however, I could be wrong. But I don't think so...
