Former Ocean City Town Manager David Ricor Hits Pedestrian With Vehicle
Not long after the man lost his job in Ocean City for a hit and run, now the guy hit a pedestrian in a crosswalk on Baltimore Ave. and South Division Street. The drama continues.
This comment was obviously made by someone who is privy to all the facts. How can you possibly know if the walked out in front of him and the collision was unavoidable or not? Next we'll hear from someone saying they were there and it was definitely avoidable or better yet that in every case the driver is at fault. Or that all collisions are avoidable.
It looks like his license was suspended on 9-21 for not paying the fine for the seat violation . Why was he also not given a ticket for driving on a suspended license when he was changed with hitting the pedestrian?
This guy is a menace!!! I can't believe he's still around here..just goes to show you he was making way to much money to be able to still afford to live here without a job!
no doubt accidents happen...and some having hard time keeping their pants up walk like they have all day (which they do because they are unemployed)folks get aggravated and do something they wish they didn't!!!!
This guy is a disaster!

ReplyDeleteThe suspension does not start until 30 days after the FTC or FTA in court of traffic tickets. Therefore he's still valid.
