Very Good Question, why is that?
ReplyDeleteBecause we allow it to happen. "For the people, by the people", remember? We've allowed the government to control almost every aspect of our day to day lives but instead of fighting back against what is very quickly turning into oppression, we're too busy fighting each other over nonsense like religion or skin color. This is not the "United" States any more and it is most definitely not the land of the free. Not for a long time. At the end of the day, we have no one to blame but ourselves for allowing it to happen.
DeleteMagicians perform illusions and trick us by employing misdirection. Government does the same thing by pitting is against each other.
Because they are stupid.
