Well it was just a clock and they were not trying to take it on a plane. The student was taking it to school to a science class, I believe. This is a ridiculous comparison.

DeleteDon't waste your time typing....the majority of commenters can't form an opinion based on fact or information that is readily available. Never mind that the science teacher had already seen the clock and praised the student or that the student is the child of an educated former high ranking official that fled to the US. The only thing they hear is muslim and see is a brown child therefore must be a threat or terrorist.
