We should find out by the end of the day whether the trials of the six officers accused in the death of Freddie Gray will go off as scheduled.

The first trial is scheduled to begin October 13, but that is likely to be delayed.
All six defense teams sent the judge a letter last week noting that there were issues related to discovery, and evidence turned over by the prosecution, that could lead some or all of the defense teams to ask for a delay.
