wow when I went in the pay for e-1 was 433 a month, now its 1,500.
very true, but even at 1500 it's no where near what the free loaders rake down a month and they never even have to get off their couch!
Take home for E1 was 225 bi-weekly for me.
As an E-5 my annual salary was $6,600 a year.
Makes me glad I went to college rather than the military.
the sad part is at least some in the military need food stamps to survive.
