      1103 and 405 absolutely correct. Put the word out that ANYONE climbing the fence will be shot. Some will try but when they are laying on the ground dead it will all stop.

    Would be very simple to build an unscalable wall. And the technology exists to sense changes in the earth below the wall. Personnel on the ground to deal with any who slip through. All very simple if you have the will to get it done.

    Give me a high perch and I can cover 800 yards up and down the fence. They find a couple of their buddies laying motionless on the ground, they might go back home.
