  4. This is great. I hope some of the inmates take this hobby with them when they are released. A lot are drug and/or alcohol addicted and if they can replace that "hobby" w/a more productive one, it helps.
    This program should be expanded to include the pre-release canter. They could use vacant lots in and around Salisbury.
