DeleteWho knows what's going on. Maybe they are all sickos? After viewing FB he does appear to engage in some very unhealthy habits like killing animals for the sake of killing. That's some weird stuff. Talks about getting a few hundred ducks and geese. Picture of dog killing a Canada Goose, kills alligators. That is someone who is completely obsessed with killing seems like. Hunting and killing a few deer here and there and some ducks and geese a season is normal but he seems like what he is doing is killing because he gets some kind of kick out of it.

DeleteThere was one post about it from a hunting trip with 4 other guys (probaby more, usually up to 10 in a camp).
The dog wasn't killing anything it was fetching a bird that was already down. Stop being lame and making assumptions on things you don't know about.
I don't understand what Mr. Steens hunting habits have to do with this post. It's amazing how far the anti-hunting nuts will go to push their agenda.
ReplyDeleteI spoke to someone today about this. Apparently there was a drug dealer/user involved who was arrested for dealing and that's when the whole thing was exposed. I'd say the guy was lucky. Relating to who this guy Greg is, his father used to own just about every piece of property in ocean pines.
ReplyDeleteNow there's a reliable informant/witness, a drug dealer and user, lying or manipulating to covering his own butt. We've never heard of that happening before.

Forward thinking is a foreign concept around here. The comment was far from anti hunting. It was even stated that hunting is normal when gone about it the right way and not just for the thrill of killing something. Yeah real anti hunting.

People who treat animals poorly and with such disregard are generally not very nice people. They have issues. Steen has a couple of domestics, a very recent assault and non payment of child support.
Are you getting it? Probably not as reading comprehension is not one of your stronger points.
Greg Steen is whacko. He has been a cruel, mean bully since elementary school. He is nasty to people and animals and enjoys beating up his wife, especially when he's drunk. Maybe the sister was trying to protect and help her sister.

ReplyDeleteLol the dogs love it. Also, let's see some proof about "many" dogs being shot. The digs don't get sent out to retrieve the birds until after a bird hits the ground. At that point a hunter isn't going to keep firing away and risk losing his prized hunting dog, alot of time and effort goes into training them to retrieve. You have no idea what you're talking about.

DeleteI don't know him, but I do know he was once bragging to people I know a couple of years ago, about shooting foxes. This person was not only offended but also creeped out by his obvious pleasure in killing them.

I don't know about the sisters, but Corrina was mean as Hell. Out of the blue she would send me text messages about riding my manhood and then she would act like a crazy nut case.
Corrina used to hit up all the dating websites for a man. She couldn't get enough.

The TV news this am intimated that the sister was going to kill Greg herself and had purchased a gun to do so. But I also heard this was a murder-for-hire scheme. Which is true?

DeleteThere's so much more to this story than we will ever know. Stop speculating and let the truth come out in court. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? We have no idea what this woman and her sister have endured at the hands of this monster, but because of who he is and his family is, every one looks the other way.
ReplyDeleteIf we're supposed to wait for the trial, then why jump to the conclusion that he's a monster? Greg's never been anything but kind to me. Same goes with Margie. Sure, they've had a tough, tough relationship since the very beginning. It's hard not to wonder what happened. Even with a trial, there are 2 sides to every story. But regardless of what you think about Greg and how he treated Margie, it would be hard to justify a murder plot. The story's almost too ugly to be real and that's why everyone's so fascinated. But lets be careful not to assassinate anyone's character in print. The writer was right to remind you that people's children and their families don't deserve to read that crap.

ReplyDeleteTrue and this is the reason why when people decide to do something they have to stop and think how it will affect everyone around them. Let this be a good lesson for everyone.
If in fact they have had "a tough tough relationship from the beginning" they should have worked on resolving the issues before it came to this. Any and all gossip, speculation, facts revealed are no one's fault except the people who put themselves in the position to be a topic of conversation. People need to start thinking. Every single thing you do in life has consequences some good some bad. Think think think before you do anything and everything.
It can serve to prevent embarrassment down the road.
Calling people ugly freaks, sluts, bullies, who "ride manhood" aren't facts they are opinions... Like I said... Some opinions can be left to themselves. Talking about this situation is one thing and giving an opinion about it is another, however talking about an unmarried woman's sex life is completely unnecessary I think we can all agree on that.

ReplyDeleteI agree 10:42. It's also inexcusable to be discussing Greg's character. My God! He's the victim in this crime! How is it ever ok to villainize the victim? It doesn't matter whether he's a good guy, a horrible husband, a hunter (oh,no, not that...), or has been successful in business (another crime, apparently...). Someone has been charged with trying to kill him. Period. Thank goodness they did not succeed. My prayers go all to all the families involved, on both sides.

Didn't learn the first time and you can preach until you are blue in the face but domestic violence is NEVER alright- do you understand? Then we have the recent assault arrest just days before the sis in law was arrested. Must be a coincidence.

ReplyDeleteI don't know anything personally about this whole thing, but the relationship sounds toxic and while it should have been done sooner it's time for everyone to walk away and walk away civilly like adults with some sense. And stop the damn drinking! It's not ever a good idea and especially so when tensions and emotions are running high.
