  1. Wow! Foreclosures in Salisbury up 6,300% from the day the Rain Tax was voted in!

    6,300%.

Think about that! Then think about the raise in the water bill as well.

    WTF DO YOU EXPECT!!!!!!!

  2. Sorry, Joe, I posted this under the wrong title earlier...

    Steve said...

Salisbury had 120 households drop the payment book on the floor and walk out the door in just the FIRST QUARTER of 2013!

That's 480 houses per year dropping off the TAX rolls!

And that's just in the City Limits!!!!!

@$2k per house?, that's $960,000 PER YEAR less funding for the county/ City!

Maybe if we could add another tax or fee to something for the remaining citizens to pay we could make that up...

  3. It's obvious that our leaders don't weigh short term or long term effects on anything . You guys voted for these idiots , suffer in silence.

  4. Bahahahahaha!!! Foreclosures are down. Crime is down. We need leaders and citizens that done lose their minds every time something bad happens. You're all playing right into the MSM strategy.

  5. Don't be fooled. These foreclosures have been lingering forever. Maryland is homeowner friendly and unlike other states that don't play around with defaults, Maryland has made lenders wait years...yes years to actual foreclose on homes. As a result, the foreclosure rate has seriously spiked. The overwhelming majority of these are people who should have lost their homes 3-4 yrs ago. Rain tax and other mess have nothing to do with this. Maryland has a sh&% load of road blocks for lenders to prevent lenders/banks from taking possession from someone who can't pay.

  6. I say this , over-throw the city government and take over. Matter of fact , take over the country before the minorities do.
