That looks like the Berlin Barrack in the late 80's. I remember the cars but I can't recall who those troopers are. I thought I knew all the females at that barrack but I don't know that one.
These two guys are some of the best to ever don a Maryland State Police Uniform. Just take a look at where these men are today. Fine upstanding citizens of our county.
