  1. For reasons that I am unaware of,scammers are using the Bank Of America in their schemes. They tell the victims that they have won a lot of money & then somehow get them to make a deposit. Then they drain the account.Canadians are now doing this, but why the Bank Of America I do not know.

  2. I got one today as well threatening lawsuits.
Spoke regular English and the number was from Colfax WA 509 288 4620.
As a CPA I find it laughable. You would have enough notices to wallpaper your house by the time it gets to that point.

  3. I received two IRS scam calls yesterday. Spoofed from 914-712-8148. They left the "lawsuit filed against you" message on my voicemail. I filed a complaint with the FTC.

  7. The IRS never calls you they send certified letters and the they always refer to themselves as The Internal Revenue, never the initials.
They scare the hell out of people and especially the elderly. Why isn't congress working on this?

  10. Don't expect to ever see these people caught and punished. It's a huge scam group from Mumbai that has infiltrated the U.S. with operatives in almost every state, using multiple phone numbers that change like the wind.

  11. OH...I hope they call me. I really want to talk to them. I really want to talk to anyone. Please call me. Please lets talk. I will keep you on the phone forever and ask about your children and your cats. I do hope they call me.....Tee hee hee. But do be aware that you have to speak UP because I can be a little hard of hearing and you will probably have to answer the same question about 3 times...But it will sure be fun talking with you. OH PLEASE CALL!!! Hahaha

  12. Received call from different number last week, and I just blocked it. I found some reports filed under 206-923-9536 at https://www.callercenter.com/206-923-9536.html just several hours ago. I think there's no one fall for it for now. I hope people will read this article. Thanks for sharing this.
