most employers are banking on the fact that employees do not know their rights or the law and do not have the strength to fight back.
The PRMC HR dept is completely incompetent and the corporate culture is act like you care about your employees, then do the exact opposite. Continuously revolving door... And, they wonder why morale stinks and scores sink.
