Hajji Mutazz, the second in command of the terrorist group ISIS, was killed in a U.S. military air strike on August 18 while traveling in a vehicle near Mosul, Iraq, officials said. Mutazz was the senior deputy to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and coordinated movement of weapons and explosives in Iraq and Syria.
