Did the OTHER cop say "WTF!! THAT is a CRIME! You're under arrest!"

Heck no. Accessory to a crime. YOU and I go to jail for what that cop did. Under the COLOR OF LAW!!

And the short little Gestapo agent couldn't even knock her out with a sucker punch...he better hit the weight room more often. I think I know a couple of girls that would beat him into stupidity. At least, into a greater degree of stupidity.
THIS is a professionally trained peace officer? Really? A right cross to the jaw of a WOMAN (!!) who SAID something he didn't like?? And it was obvious this was the FIRST time he EVER punched a citizen.....Ok I made that part up.....
NO self control and NO self discipline. And he has a gun!! "We the people" get denied (by the police) for gun permits because someone SAYS they are, perhaps, violent and angry. Put on a badge and that seems to be a QUALIFIER for the job.
The people on that bus should have beat those cops half to death (3/4's of the way would be okay, too) and threw them naked into the street. You sucker punch a special needs WOMAN and call yourself a "protector" of the people??
TWO sets of laws. One for the Masters, one for the slaves.

This is terrible. The cops know her. They call her by name. The must know she has issues of a sort. Then this cop just punches her. Wtf!
