Prosecutors Deny Officers Indicted In Freddie Gray Case Gave Statements Under Duress
Prosecutors are responding to claims by the defense in the Freddie Gray case that the officers charged in Gray's death gave statements because they were afraid they would lose their jobs.
City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby's office argues that those statements were given voluntarily and that there was no threat of job loss.
Lawyers for five of the six officers charged in gray's death filed a motion arguing that their statements given to investigators should be thrown out, because they were illegally obtained.
Come on folks, you don't think for a second that Mosby would admit to wrongdoing now would you?????? A POS trying to get out of the quicksand she created for herself.
That's how inept the state is and the cops should be happy. This is the Avenue they will have in their appeal or even during the trial.
