JUST IN: Stock trading halted at New York Stock Exchange

NEW YORK (ABC NEWS) -- The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) halted trading Wednesday, leaving investors unable to buy and sell securities.

A technical issue has triggered a system-wide halt, officials said.

    they will need to "reboot the system" for some glitch and that is when ti all starts...
