    This is a darn shame. Now those women correctional officers won't be able to show their 4 illegitimate children where they were conceived.

    Great! I am glad to hear a Govener who can reconize a boat when he sees one. Boat (noun) A hole in the water you keep pouring money into!

    Governor Hogan can you please shut down ECI! We didn't want it and didn't need it. ECI is the reason the City of Salisbury's Crime rate has exploded in 20 years.

    Those female CO's who birthed the babies with the inmates at the jail were all black too. Blacks then wonder why discrimination occurs.
