Fight At Civic Center, WBOC Update

Yesterday morning we published a video:

Fight At The Civic Center (Graphic Violence & Language Warning)

Well, as usual, WBOC decided to follow our lead with this story. HOWEVER, on the 6:00 PM broadcast they actually went after the person shooting the video and basically attacked them for not stopping the recording and calling 911 instead.

In their later broadcasts they decided to drop their harsh attack against the cameraman and finally stuck to the actual story of two grown men from New Jersey beating the crap out of each other.

You know, I've seen the WBOC whores racing to the homes of Families who's spouse, child or siblings had just been murdered or died somehow. Shame on them for attacking Joe Public for recording illegal activity. Could it be that WBOC was simply upset because they weren't there or that they didn't get the video first? My guess is, the person who shot it probably told WBOC they had it and someone there said they weren't interested in it, UNTIL IT WENT "VIRAL"

Shame on Joe Public for interfering with WBOC's profession and it seems that IF you actually do take video of any wrong doings WBOC will blast and attack you on television in the hopes of scaring just about anyone from taking any video of what goes WRONG on the Eastern Shore. Gee, did the Tilghman's buy the station recently?

  1. Well, if he hadn't recorded the fight, there wouldn't have been evidence or positive identification for an arrest, right? These two guys would have gone their own ways after the scrap and no one would have been the wiser.
Of course, when they got back to New Jersey, a baseball bat would be in the mix.
Somebody's little girl must be very confused today.

    1. Wrong. Cameras at the center would've gotten it. And the folks running the tournament would've snitched in a heartbeat.

  3. They were probably to busy in Delaware with a new story to be bothered about Maryland. After all, its all Delaware all the time!

  4. Fact is these people have enough money to beat all this. A public pretender could get this tossed. All both guys gotta say is that they both wanted to fight. They both mutally wanted to fight. Maryland has the mutal combat law. If both people agree to fist fight then no law has been broken. And it appeared to me both guys wanted to fight. One guy said come on and the other asked if he wanted it. This should lead to all charges dismissed.

  5. They should've taken this one "inside" and charged admission.
Such a true representation of this city and state.

  7. Really something to be proud of isn't it??? WBOC is a local joke. Just think how long it would have taken Paul Butler to get the facts out of his mouth? And little Stevie Hammond is nothing more than a place holder. What a crew, what a joke, if you want weather go to the weather channel, for real news go to FOX and to Joe's Blog. If you want a winning team it's Joe's crew all the way!

  8. Shut down the tournament because of them. That will teach these stupid parents not to fight and embarrass their children.

  10. They are from New Jersey say no more. Every time the Jersey crowd is in town for any sporting event you have this. There must be something in the water up there. They really are a-holes.
