'Everything That I Did Was Permitted'

Hillary Clinton continues to defend her email record as secretary of state, saying she acted within the law.

"Everything that I did was permitted. There was no law, there was no regulation, there was nothing that did not give me the full authority to decide how I was going to communicate," the 2016 Democratic presidential front-runner said in a CNN interview broadcast Sunday.

  1. Secretary Clinton says " "Maybe it was because I'm not the most technically capable person and wanted to make it easy as possible."

To me it begs the following: 'If she can't handle something as complex as email, perhaps she is not the best choice to be President.'

I think Thomas Paine would agree.

  4. A rather stupid statement considering that she was the person to do the permitting. There are laws and policies however on the books that are to be followed. Hillary permitted herself not to follow any of those much like a King.

    In 2016, I don't need or want a King. I want a President.

  5. 1:05 - She's not the best choice to be president because she's a slimy liar - consider that's why she was fired during Watergate!

  7. However, Madam, your official communications don't belong to you, they belong to the Nation.

  8. The American people are to STUPID to ignore her lawlessness. Her husband Bill, Obama are cut from the same mold. Arrogant and untruthful. The media will continue to shield her from answering for anything she has done.

  9. How about the law that says your communications as a high ranking official are PUBLIC PROPERTY and are not to be deleted or destroyed? If she is THAT stupid, the Presidency is beyond her abilities.

  12. During the Watergate investigation Hillary Rodham was a 27 year old staff atty for the House Judiciary Committee.

She was fired by her supervisor, Jerry Zeifman.

When asked why by reporters he said, "Because she's a liar. She's an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the Committee and the rules of confidentiality."
Just a little background on Hillary that some may have forgotten, some may want to forget and some may not know.

  13. What a cheap liar. What right does she have to put this country in such peril by her stupid, foolish actions. GOD help this country IF she is elected as president after what we have already been put through. This country will be doomed forever.
