ReplyDeleteWhat happened to the "massive" ISIS attacks? I waited around all weekend for them..I had a special treat for them.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed a beautiful sunset on the Gulf of mexico, an amazing fireworks show at the Naples pier with some beautiful heat lightning thrown in for good measure.....great food to add to it!!!!.....doesn't get any better for July 4th!!!!! Living in paradise does have its benefits......

ReplyDeleteWe went over to some friend's house who were having a small get together. We ate, had a bit to drink, had great conversation and were able to see the north OC fireworks from the back yard.
ReplyDeleteAll was perfect.
I went into the belly of the beast (took the family to DC for the parade and concert at the Capital Building). Security was great but I gave up my multi-tool in order to get in to the lawn at the Capital. We got to see Barry Manilow, Alabama, Hunter Hayes and KC and the Sunshine Band! Oh, and several other people that I can't remember at the moment. The subway was packed, but orderly, and no one was mean or provoking. The security forces in DC did a great job!
