    Obviously the baby did something wrong. Police never do anything to you unless you do something wrong.

    He was a clear and present danger. He had dope and a gun in his diaper. It was found after a chase when the baby rolled over after the cops looked at him . This is justified. You just can't run when a cop looks at you.
