Rehoboth, DE - Delaware State Police are currently investigating the armed robbery of a male victim as he walked to a bus stop in Rehoboth.
The initial investigation has determined that the incident occurred on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at approximately 10:25 a.m., as a 32 year old male victim was walking in the area of the 35000 block of Airport Road, Rehoboth, DE. The victim was then approached and grabbed from behind by a male suspect. As he was being held by the first suspect, a second male suspect, who was armed with an unknown make and model gun, approached the victim. Both of the suspects then proceeded to go through the victim’s pockets and removed an undisclosed amount of money. The armed suspect then fled on foot in an unknown direction as the second suspect fled in a white Ford Explorer. The victim was not injured.
Both suspects were identified as black males. The first was 5’07”-5’09” tall and weighed 150-180 lbs., while the second was 5’07”-5’09” tall and weighed 150-190 lbs. There is no further physical or clothing description available for either suspect. No further vehicle description is available.
