    Many people flash the El Diablo when they know absolutely nothing about it.

    GANG SIGN??? Be advised that this is COULD be the American Sign Language sign for I LOVE YOU, used frequently as a greeting between friends in the deaf community. But you never know for sure because our government and others change the meaning of words to suit their own nefarious purposes. Consider, for example "entitlements" and "autism".
