Hasan Harnett was elected chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party this weekend in a surprise upset over a candidate backed by Gov. Pat McCrory and the GOP establishment.
Harnett, a businessman and author from Concord, was campaign manager for GOP congressional candidate Vince Coakley's unsuccessful bid last year in a heavily Democrat district, reports The News & Observer of Raleigh.
"If you can raise money in that district, you can raise money anywhere," Harnett said. "We need a bold, reinvigorated Republican Party who listens to the grass roots. Together we will win in 2016 because teamwork makes the dream work."

ReplyDeleteWhat does that sound like?
Barack "Hussein" Obama
Get it! Infiltration is the buzzword! Right under your noses dummies.
4:02.. don't be an idiot.
ReplyDelete4:02 demonstrates exactly why the Republican Party probably won't win too many more election cycles. Younger, smarter voters simply aren't buying in to this crap.
ReplyDeleteThe GOP time is over, until they can attract the younger voter. Gray haired old white men are no longer going to be electable. They know nothing about Twitter, Blogs, any of the new trends the 18 year olds are into. They are still thinking along the timeline of US Postal mailers, phone calls to wired phones, kissing babies, and handing out buttons & stickers. If they were running back in FDR era, that would work.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining in Teen Voter. Happy to see you here.
ReplyDelete7:43 So instead we will get Clinton who can't even manage 2 email accounts on the same mobile device. LMAO
ReplyDelete743, you may have that opinion, but being on twitter, Facebook, and whatever, is not and has never been a qualification of any educational degree, factor of intelligence, or reason to be anything or anyone of real value!
ReplyDeleteUnless you can point to a concrete qualification like the Conservatives hold dear, you have nothing but air blowing across idiot's ears.
I advise you to get a "clue".
Actually Teen Voter has a great point. Social media is an amazing marketing tool. That's why so many advertisers are paying bloggers and other social media savvy people ("influencers" they call them) to post for them.
ReplyDeleteI am a white person, and I applaud the republican party to elevate and promote qualified black leadership. With the likes of AL Sharpton, Barack Obama who are complete fools. We must not forget that their are conservative, rational, honorable black people who are working for the good of this country.
