An African-American millionaire can buy a home in any expensive suburb. Color is no longer a barrier. Despite this progress, President Obama’s Department of Housing and Urban Development is accusing expensive towns of racism, simply because most minorities can’t afford to live there.
Westchester County, N.Y., has struggled under a federal monitor since 2009 to compel the county to comply with HUD’s demands for multi-unit affordable housing in expensive areas. Hillary Clinton claims to be a warrior against inequality. But her adopted hometown of Chappaqua, an upscale Westchester village that one resident describes as “a little piece of heaven,” is battling HUD’s demands.
The legal war in Hillary’s backyard is a preview. The Obama administration is pulling out all the stops to launch a legal and regulatory assault on suburbs nationwide. HUD’s soon-to-be-released regulation, in the works since 2013, will compel affluent suburbs to build more high-density, low-income housing, plus of course sewers, water lines, bus routes and other changes needed to support it. All in the name of housing “fairness.”

ReplyDeleteSo what's next, "Neighborhood Equity Fairness Grants"?
ReplyDeleteThankfully, Pittsville is too working class to be subject to such ghetto-fication initiatives. Our demographics are resisting assimilation and subsequent destruction.
Now wouldn't that just be a shame if she had to live around some of us "common folk".
ReplyDeleteThis hasn't been labeled yet but it is white flight in reverse. To clarify it is about class and money now, less race, but the tactics being used are the same. When the $#%& falls apart as they have planned they will control the cities and leave the countryside to waste. They will patrol by drone to make sure no one is building anything (see Agenda 21, UN control over county level US gov). They have already started gentrifying the cities, tearing down or condemning low income housing and forcing people out of their homes.
ReplyDeleteJust yesterday there was a story about row houses in DC being torn down forcing out mainly older long term residence and they were building multi-family house style dwellings to "fit in with the surroundings". You watch the Noble class buy these up and convert them into McMansion communities of the new feudal system.
They have financially forced out the majority of people making the minimum (which they control through SS, EBT, Minimum wage), as well as locking up the homeless, mentally handicapped. I read a story about homeless people being given the option to live in FEMA camps.
Here we are, still right on the brink of financial collapse still after 7 years. The wealth divide just grows wider and wider. Meanwhile the media and public figureheads are making greater efforts than ever to divide us by race, political affiliation and now religion and environment compliments of the dirty Pope (handed two activist priests and 2 nuns over to the NRP in Argentina who were believed to have been thrown out of helicopters). They want us divided, distracted and broke as they finalize the New World Order. Once they spark the violence there goes the excuse to institute Marshall law. Poor, hungry unarmed people are easy to control and Clinton's and Bush's will be generals of the coming 4th Reich. No resistance in the cities because they don't want to be sent out to the land of the serfs, patrolled by M-RAP. It's going to look like a sci-fi movie up in this mother. I'm moving to Canada.
