The government, selling us "passes" to land that WE own.
ReplyDeleteRestricting access to lands WE own. Selling us "licenses" to fish in rivers and lakes that WE own.
Then, taxing us to make sure there are enough armed agents to keep us in line as we are graciously allowed to temporarily walk around on land that WE OWN.
Its a GREAT thing that Lewis and Clark didn't have to deal with the Park Service, the FBI, Homeland Security, various state police agencies, and the EPA.
We probably STILL wouldn't know California even exists. But there WOULD be a lot of people killed, in prison, and bankrupt.
Hanging all politicians from local lamp posts is a good idea. Follow it up with all these UNELECTED federal administrators who think THEY own the land and water.
