    Can someone tell me how a small propane tank the smallest is 16oz, can fit into a 20oz bottle???

    The dims of the 160z tank is:
    8.0 " H x 3.88 " W x 3.88 " D

    The dims of a 20oz bottle is:
    2.75 inches in diameter at its widest point. The cap is exactly 1.21875 inches wide.

    Maybe the cops mean to say, propane was filled in the bottle not that a propane tank was in a plastic bottle...
