We need to get the Forfeiture law off the books in MD. IT allows cops to seize property based on suspicion and accuse it of a crime. There's no trial, right to face your accuser, etc. They just take it and sell it!

Governor Hogan is doing a great job, and I am thankful he keeps his word.
