Dorchester County Sheriff's Office Press Release 5-26-15

On Tuesday, May 19, 2015 Detectives from the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office responded to 4930 Kraft Road, Vienna, Md. for a possible sexual assault. Upon arrival it was learned that a 13 year old male had touched a 3 year old female in an inappropriate manner. The 13 year old was arrested and charged with Third Degree Sex Offense, Fourth Degree Sex Offense and Second Degree Assault. Juvenile services released him to his grandmother. The victim has been examined and treated and the investigation is continuing with the assistance of Social Services.
