What trouble would that be? Open carry is legal in Texas and he had a licensed sidearm with a CC permit. All I'm seeing is the continuing decline of the constitution and civil liberties. Another example of proof positive that this is no longer a free country but a rapidly decaying police state.
THEN, it was resisting arrest, knowing ---KNOWING! - it was a BS arrest, but no skin off THEIR back and they get to teach "we, the people" a lesson about who the Masters really are....they got in the car and high-fived each other and laughed about the guy and his "rights". The citizen should show up the next day with about forty men carrying AR-15's. Locked and loaded. Then they would get a chance to see what "resisting" really means to free men. Not "doing anything wrong" didn't help here, did, you bootlicking sheep? Keep cheering.
When you look for trouble with the cops , you will find it , what a dumb ass.

The slow erosion of liberty.
ReplyDelete6:21 I agree with you.
ReplyDeleteFind out how this turned out - it's too weird. Google: Bell County vs. Grisham.

All cops are to be hated for their power tripping.
