Breaking News: Different Report From Balitmore Sun on Shooting In Baltimore

A large police presence has returned to Pennsylvania and North avenues. A commander at the scene says police tried to arrest a man with a gun and the gun fell and went off, Colin Campbell reports.

    So you are saying you shot a man several times because why? the cops were arresting someone and the gun fell and went off???

    The police were illegally chasing him and his "automatic" handgun discharged. Automatic meaning that it automatically discharges upon dropping it on the ground while running from the police. Certainly, he was just on his way to his afternoon classes at Johns Hopkins University.
