Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts on Wednesday said his department deserves some of the blame for the riots that erupted in the city last week.
“We are part of the problem,” Batts told CNN’s Evan Perez in an interview.
“The community needs to hear from us that we haven’t been part of the solution, and now we have to evolve,” Batts said. “Now we have to change.”

I tell you what, Chiefy, why don't you go look up Alan Webster in Somerset County and get his advice. He knew everything when he ran SPD and he probably still knows everything. Yes you are part of the problem Chief because you have NO answer as to what to do about the proble. How about cracking down instead of standing down? How about lock up instead of lookout? How about jail instead of fail? How about law and order instead of watch and wait? No one in this country has the guts to deal with this anarchy. Where oh where is Joe Arpaio when you need him. Baltimore just plain out sucks and needs to be packed up and shipped to the liberal land of failed social experiments - hopefully on the other side of the Ocean.
ReplyDeletehow about not being the judge, jury and executioner
ReplyDeleteI have yet to see any mention of the fact that the felons were running the prison in the poor pitiful City of Baltimore. What does that say to a community?
ReplyDeleteHe is partially correct. The biggest reason is because he failed to arrest Rawlings-Blake for inciting a riot. Maybe Governor Hogan can get that done.
ReplyDeletedenial to the end huh fellas?
