I think the punishment fits the crime. You know how you see dogs locked in cars on hot days? This police office did what we’ve all wanted to…
A Strongsville police officer who responded to a call about a dog locked inside a hot car said when the owner returned to the car, he ordered her to sit in the hot vehicle with the doors closed and windows rolled up.
An animal lover made the 911 call from Walmart on April 12.
The dog was fine. The woman was said to be fine too, but she looked uncomfortable.

Good for the cop. Except I'd still charge her ass.
ReplyDeleteProbably get fired.

ReplyDeleteShe had a overheated dog and now a hot cat.
ReplyDeleteThose are the things that cops USED to do instead of padding their arrest numbers.
ReplyDeleteProps to the cop, but I would have made her put a coat on, too.

ReplyDeletecome on man, you know it's a cops job to enforce, not punish. due process. due process. due process.
I agree with this fair action completely. It's exactly what I'd like to see done to all cruel heartless pet-owners who leave their dogs unattended in a hot car.
ReplyDeleteIf you're going to be out of your car at all on a hot or very warm day, leave your dog at home! Common sense!
