Honestly, that is BY FAR not the worst foreclosure I've ever seen. I would have expected it to have been a lot worse than that. It's been ghettofied with tacky decorating, but that can be removed and destanked.
ReplyDeleteI'd say it's in typical shape, for how people leave a foreclosed home. I bet the winterization and initial secure on that property took all day.
