A former state delegate convicted of drunken boating after a river crash that left several people injured has been ordered to pay almost $92,000 to one of the injured, according to court documents.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that a judge last month ordered Don Dwyer to pay Earl Mitchell of Pasadena for medical bills and pain and suffering as a result of the August 2012 crash.
Mitchell received injuries to his side, shoulder, neck, mouth, teeth and head in the crash, according to court documents.
