It could probably work in any country except ours. Such a great, forward thinking, positive idea if it ever failed, or the operator failed, would be one of the largest lawsuits ever.

Best to not try, and let the bastard drown.

They already do this with AED for ems and it tells you how to use it as well but I still want a hottie with a bikini when my non swimming self gets dragged back on to shore
