Incident: Assault

Date of Incident: 4 March 2015

Location:  26000 block of S. Tourmaline Drive, Hebron, MD

Narrative: On 4 March 2015 at 6:58 AM a deputy responded to a residence in the 26000 block of South Tourmaline Drive in Hebron for a reported altercation. Upon arrival, the deputy discovered that one of the residents, Latrel Farlow, had started threatening his step-father during the altercation. The deputy further learned that Farlow reportedly swung at his step-father’s head with a pool cue.

The deputy recovered the pool cue reportedly used.

The deputy placed Farlow under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Farlow in the Detention Center in lieu of $30,000.00 bond.

Incident: Theft

Date of Incident:  6 March 2015

Location:  Rt. 13 at Northpointe Drive, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 6 March 2015 at 3:00 PM a deputy on patrol observed that a vehicle later found to be operated by Ralph Pusey, was missing its expiration year sticker form its registration plate. A query on the plate revealed that it had been reported stolen back in October 2014. Upon stopping the vehicle and making contact with Pusey, the deputy discovered that Pusey was knowingly driving while his driver’s license had been suspended. Further investigation revealed that while the vehicle was not currently registered, it clearly belonged to Pusey.

The deputy placed Pusey under arrest for having a stolen license plate and driving while suspended. The deputy transported Pusey to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Pusey in the Detention Center in lieu of $4,000.00 bond.

The deputy also discovered a District Court Bench Warrant for Pusey that had been issued after he failed to appear for a theft case. Pusey was detained on an additional $3,000.00 bond for the warrant.

                Driving While Suspended

Date of Incident:  7 March 2015

Location:  500 block of Swan Road, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Michael Duan Wilson, 46, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 7 March 2015 a deputy arrested Michael Wilson at the conclusion of an investigation into a theft. The deputy was investigating the theft of an aluminum truck rack equipped with lights from a residence in the 500 block of Swan Road. During the investigation, the deputy located the rack at a local metal recycler and identified Michael Wilson as the individual who sold the stolen rack to the recycler.

Upon arrest, the deputy transported Wilson to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Wilson on $10,000.00 unsecured bond.

Incident: Fugitive from Delaware

Date of Incident:  7 March 2015

Location:  Wicomico County

Suspect: Stephanie Marie Brittingham, 40, Bridgeville, DE

Narrative: On 7 March 2015 a deputy arrested Stephanie Brittingham as a fugitive from the State of Delaware. Authorities in that state wanted Brittingham in connection with Shoplifting and CDS charges.

Brittingham was detained in the Detention Center without bond pending extradition back to Delaware.

Incident: Assault

Date of Incident:  8 March 2015

Location:  200 block of Harford Road, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: April Christina Figgs, 30, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 8 March 2015 a deputy arrested April Figgs for an assault. During the ensuing investigation the deputy learned that Figgs reportedly drove away from a residence following an altercation and as she did so she did what was described as a “burn out” in the front yard and attempted to run down a subject who tried to stop her.

Figgs was located a short time later and taken into custody. Upon arrest, she was transported to the Central Booking Unit and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance. Following that appearance, the Commissioner detained Figgs on a bond of $75,000.00 in the Detention Center.

Incident: WCSO Activity

Date of Incident:  5-9 March 2015

Location:  Wicomico County

1- On 5 March 2015 a deputy arrested Richard Ray Culp Jr., 56 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after Culp violated his Pre-Trial release conditions following an arrest for Trespass. Culp was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.

2- On 7 March 2015 a deputy arrested James Watson Booth, 23 of Eden, on a District Court Bench Warrant issued after Booth violated the terms of his probation in a Malicious Destruction of Property case. Booth was detained on a bond of $4.400.00.

3- On 7 March 2015 a deputy arrested Donnie Lee Waters, 32 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued after Waters violated his probation in a Burglary case. Waters was detained on a bond of $25,000.00

4- On 8 March 2015 a deputy arrested Marctavius Kennedy Anderson, 21 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued after Anderson violated the terms of his probation in a CDS Distribution case. Anderson was detained without bond.

  2. How sad that someone in his 70s must resort to stealing to get by. I wonder if this is how life started out for him. I wonder if life took its toll on him and reduced him to this. I don't think any of these people at a tender age said that they wanted to grow up and be photographed as a criminal. Life is so hard. If you have a good life, you are blessed.

  3. That 70 year old guy has been in trouble many times. His son is exactly the same.
