    I'd like to add that you saturate patrols and do your jobs. Since you can stop anyone you want here for any reason ....stop every person you see in a parked car. There's been a rash in the area so its justified to bother everyone and everyone. Who knows ....maybe you'll get to chase one down and kill him for " having a gun" .

      9:48 how do you figure? That post is spot on for the reason the cops used to violate a man's rights and ultimately killed him.
