The problem with congress is we don't get good people to run. Case in point Senator for life Mikulski. No one would hire her to run a hot dog stand! If you want to improve Congress offer them a million dollar bonus for every year we have a balanced budget without a tax increase. Chump change compared to what we are now doing and would totally change the way are Government operates!
