  1. This is an individual that should have been kicked out of Nascar years ago for his prior behavioral issues. It's just a shame they bowed down and allowed him back in.

  2. You would be angry too if your only skill was driving a car. It's not even a sport.

  8. I didn't believe a word this woman said. She told everyone she would ruin Kurt and she tried to do it with all her lies. She was mad because he dumped her.

  9. In his defense, he tried driving her out to the country and leaving her there but just kept going around in circles.

  11. Glad he is back, cuz football players can beat their girlfriends unconscious and still get to play. You can burn dogs alive and play. You can do drugs, drunk drive, anything as long as you can play football.

  12. But Jameis Winston is a first round pick? A thief, a sexist, and a probable rapist? For gods sake people Kurt had a minister testify that the bitch showed no signs of abuse immediately following the incident.

  13. Not a NASCAR fanboy but,

    She lives in MD.

    He lives in Charlotte, NC.

She came uninvited to his motorhome at Dover during the race period. Apparently he asked her to leave. What followed was He said, She said.

Since there was no evidence he was pursuing her or interfering with her the Delaware commissioner should have taken a different tack. But laws and practice in most states view men as guilty unless proved innocent to even the flimsiest charge.

That said, there are both men and women who mistreat their partners and that is unacceptable; victims in those situations deserve genuine protection.

Whether he's a jerk or not, NASCAR's putting him back to work was the right call.

  14. I agree with 8:55 any kind of sports players can kill people or dogs, rape women all the time, beat them up and trade them in for newer younger women. And they slip the law all the time. then return to their sports.
