Rotten turkey or some kind of nasty looking meatloaf. I wouldn't eat it! Disgusting! That's why I packed my own lunch when I was in school. Wouldn't feed this to my dog!
Souse loaf, made of nearly inedible pork scraps...gristle n fat mostly from pigs feet. Apparently its been left out to age a bit, hence the rainbow of colors {kinda hides the green} its actually good ...if you like decaying animal parts. Once it starts changing colors tho...maybe not so much.
Inmates don't deserve to be feed like that. Wcdc isn't much better but that is nasty. Inmates should be feed better. I watch them either dwindle to nothing from lack of money to buy commissary, or fattin up from commissary. The meals aren't enough to sustain a child as you see yet alone a grown person. I'm sure people will say they're inmates blah blah.....but they're humans as well. Regardless of what they've done.
An image search says that it's a piece undercooked cheesesteak loaf that's meant to be broken up and browned in cooking. I've seen better things in a specimen bag.
I really don't know, but I wouldn't let the kids even buy this stuff let alone eat it if I worked in the cafeteria at school. Looks absolutely disgusting.

Aw some poor criminal is hoping someone will feel sorry for him. Guess what thug, I only feel sorry for your victim. If you stole from them you should get your hand chopped off, if you raped someone you should get your pecker chopped off, if you murdered someone then you should be hung. Now how do you feel about that!!
Looks like a larrys potluck sandwich served at the civic center. Only thing missing is the overcooked fries. Its a big hit with the 411 gangbangers and anyone else who walks in the back door.
It looks like a "Break-away" steak used for steak subs. Looks like it was frozen so long the red meat turned brown, freezer burned! Thanks Michelle Obamy.
